Terms and conditions for Group Coaching and Memberships

 GROUP COACHING PROGRAMME CONTRACT FOR ALL GROUP COURSES AND MEMBERSHIPS

Mission Statement: To help group members experience the motherhood and womanhood they have always wanted and become who they truly are. 

Group Coaching: Group coaching is a joint venture between the facilitator and all group members. I am encouraged to participate in the process of developing and monitoring goals and outcomes. I agree to support the group, honoring and valuing each participant. Samantha Francis agrees to provide a fun and safe experience, encouraging members to share their experiences during group calls. Each participant makes the personal decision whether to receive feedback, and feedback is offered in positive terms without judgment or medical advice-giving. 

Coaching is not therapy, though therapy may involve coaching at times. If a client needs therapy after beginning the coaching relationship, they will be referred to another provider to eliminate any confusion about Samantha Francis' role. Clients are welcome to continue coaching while they are in therapy with another provider.

Confidentiality: All information shared in group coaching is confidential except in circumstances governed by law, such as child abuse and danger to self or others. All parties agree to take all reasonable measures to ensure confidentiality with any communication over the phone and/or Internet. 

Financial Policy: All fees for any group programme are payable at an allocated time before the first group session to guarantee their place and commitment to the group. 

Coaching is not considered medically necessary and is not covered by insurance. 

Paypal and most credit cards are accepted along with invoices. 

Fees are subject to change every six months however Samantha Francis will honour the agreed fees. Non-payment of agreed fees will result in termination of your place on the programme and membership and the appropriate debt recovery will be implemented so please do reach out should you experience any financial difficulties so that Samantha Francis can assist you.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy: Group sessions may be rescheduled with advanced notice and fees are non-refundable unless Samantha Francis cancels the programme. If you may not be able to make all of the group sessions, please let Samantha Francis know as soon as possible when you will be unable to attend. All group sessions will be accessible via a recording (via Zoom) shortly after the live session.

Contractual Agreement: I have read and understood this contract, and I agree to its terms. I acknowledge that Samantha Francis can make no guarantee or warranty as to the results of these services. I take full responsibility for my investment in the programme, my comittment to the sessions and results that follow.  I am consenting only to those services that Samantha Francis is qualified to provide within the scope of her license, certification, and training. ________________________________________________ ____________________________
